Lodging Options

Your options include on-campus dorms (basic), the on-campus hotel (Prince Conference Center) or a hotel within walking distance. Please select the option that suits you best!

1. Dorm Housing (on campus)

Dorm housing features suites which have two rooms (with two twin beds each) and a bathroom. Rooms have free Wi-Fi. Rooms have no air conditioning, but there will be a box fan in every room.

Put the number of nights you are staying (1-5 nights) in the boxes below.

The earliest check-in is Monday, July 24, and the latest check out is the morning of Saturday, July 29.

(You do not have to put down anything if you do not need lodging.)

2. Prince Conference Center (on campus)

Meal Plans

Tickets for meals at Calvin University dining halls


General Information

- All meals (cafeteria style) during the conference will be held on Calvin's campus except for Tuesday morning (continental breakfast at registration) and Thursday evening (excursion outing).

- Select the number of meal tickets per person you want for each meal.

- You do not have to put down anything if you do not need any meal tickets.

- Please make sure to include any meal tickets for any accompanying family member(s).


Availability

- Breakfasts will be avaliable on Wednesday (7/26), Thursday (7/27), and Friday (7/28).

- Lunches will be available on Tuesday (7/25), Wednesday (7/26), Thursday (7/27), and Friday (7/28).

- Suppers will be available on Tuesday (7/25) and Wednesday (7/26) only.


PLEASE NOTE that you are no longer able to buy meal tickets as of now. Also, we are not able to let people buy their meal tickets on the spot because the university dining hall is not allowing much wiggle room.

Excursion

We are planning a half-day excursion to Holland, Michigan, on Thursday (7/27). The payment will cover transportation costs only.
